My wife Tammy (who is also an exceptional bible teacher and leader of our Women's Ministry) and I married in 1998 in Lake Tahoe, CA. Together we have four fantastic kids: Carmen, Chelsea, Chandler, and Carrington (yes, they all start with "C". Don't ask me why), and I believe that each one of them is exceptional in their own way! They work hard, have goals for their lives, and I do all I can the help them reach their dreams.
I grew up in Raleigh NC, and after serving in the US Navy (Aviation Electronics Tech, USS Constellation, San Diego CA), I spent more than twenty years working in the telecommunications industry. I was blessed to work with smart, talented people, and had the opportunity to participate in some exciting projects.
In 2001 God gave me a new direction for my life, and in in September of 2001 our family moved to Wilmington, and I became the pastor of Calvary Chapel of Wilmington. Since that time God has proven Himself to be faithful in so many ways, meeting all of our needs, over and above what we could ever think or imagine. We have witnessed God perform incredible miracles; saving the lost, and rebuilding broken lives. We truly serve an awesome God!
